Martorell's Building
Since 1924, Martorell's Building, designed by the architect Antoni Rovira i Trias, has been home to the Museum of Geology of Barcelona and together with the Zoology Museum forms the Botanical Museum of Natural Sciences. The museum's building is in the Neoclassical style and was the first building to function as a public museum. It is located in the Ciutadella park and holds various palaeontological and geological collections.
