Rambla del Raval - Botero's Cat
La Rambla del Raval is a street located in the Raval district of Barcelona. The street was recently renovated and now, being home to hundreds of restaurants, bars and terraces, is one of the main centres of Barcelona's night life.
The street has traffic on both sides, in the middle of which there is a central avenue - a promenade for pedestrians with benches, palm trees, numerous terraces and a monumental sculpture of a cat by Fernando Botero, one of his many sculptures from the series 'Cats' which are spread around the world.
The street is always teeming with tourists and is one of the most crowded and cosmopolitan places in Barcelona.
