Mainhattan is a business and financial district in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Its name comes from the city river which crosses the district, the river Main and is a clear allusion to Manhattan, a business center full of skyscrapers in New York.
Nowadays Mainhattan is one of the most important financial centers in Europe and the World. It houses one of the highest skyacrapers in Europe, Commerzbank Tower with 259 meters high.
