Who is Hugh Stubbins?
Born in 1912-01-11 Birmingham - died in 2006-07-05 Cambridge
American architect, specialising in designing high profile building. Stubbins is considered modernist although he wasn't following any particular style. In 1957 he was commissioned by United States government to design Berlin Congress Hall.
