Ski station Madonna di Campiglio

Ski resort Madonna di Campiglio is situated in the village of the same name in northern Italy. Known mainly due to annual event in alpine skiing. Special slalom competitions are held at one of two opposite slopes, the famous route 3 Tre or route from Monte Spinale.

Slopes of Monte Spinale belong to the larger system of ski slopes leading to the highest slopes in the area located on the Passo del Grosté. In the same village and in the immediate vicinity there are 57 lifts, allowing use of the 150 km of slopes with a capacity of over 31 thousand persons per hour. There is also a snow-park with an area of 50 000 m², and 40 km of cross-country skiing.

Along with appearing in the same valley Pinzolo, as well as Folgarida, Marilleva, and a little further situated Tonale, Folgaria, Peio and Andalo, creates a system of 380 km ski runs. They are served by 140 lifts and one common ski pass called Superskirama Dolomiti.
