Mossen Cinto Verdaguer Gardens

The Mossen Cinto Verdaguer Gardens are located on the Montjuïc mountain in Barcelona. It is one of the three gardens which are dedicated to Catalan poet, Mossen Cinto Verdaguer.

The garden was designed in the 60s of the 20th century in the old quarry. Garden has been designed in such way that is destined especially for families with children. Thanks to that parents can relax and enjoy each other's company meanwhile children can safely run and play in the area. There is a variety of plant species.

On the surface of 2800 square meters, very close to each other, grow bulbous plants which form a flower carpet made up of 80,000 different flowers. Its colour depends on the season but always it is a unique attraction for visitors.
